Fake doctor pleads guilty to sexual assault | wzzm13.com: Berrien Springs man pleaded guilty Tuesday to practicing medicine without a valid license and committing sexual assaults. Charles A. Mosimbwa, 43, admitted to forging documents to the State of Michigan to obtain licences to practice medicine as a doctor and as a registered nurse. He operated an office on Main Street in Niles, Michigan, and before that worked out of his apartment in Berrien Springs.
